  • Yes! We are a family run business and our our team extends dependent on the size of your event. We have a reliable team of professional staff, who handle setup, service, and pack-down so you can relax and enjoy your event.

  • We offer flexible options to suit your event:

    · Cash Bar: Guests pay for their drinks.

    · Open / Pre-Paid Bar: You treat your guests—ideal for weddings or corporate events.

    · Dry Hire: You provide the alcohol, and we supply the bar and staff.

    · Bespoke Packages: If you have a theme, colour scheme, or special request, we’re happy to create something unique.

  • Depending on your event we can tailor the bar to your requirements. Some parties like us to offer only Gin and Cocktails, but we can provide a full bar, which includes a curated selection of drinks including:

    · Wines, beers & ciders

    · Spirits & mixers

    · Signature cocktails & mocktails

    · Soft drinks & alcohol-free choices

    Our drinks tab offers a sample list of the menu for you to take a look at, we can also craft unique themed drinks just for your event.

  • We generally need access to a standard power outlet. If your venue doesn’t have power or water available, just let us know—there are alternative options we can arrange.

  • Yes. The Moonlit Moth holds full public liability insurance and we can organise a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) if your venue requires one for alcohol service.

  • Although we’re based in the Cotswolds, we are happy to travel further afield. Additional mileage fees may apply depending on the location—just ask when booking.

  • We usually need a level, accessible space of around 3–6 metres depending on the bar setup. Once we know your venue, we can advise on the perfect layout.
